We are an early-stage San Francisco based Web3 startup that is looking to hire a Head of Growth.
Our team (https://www.lagrange.dev/) is currently building a novel cryptographic primitive for cross-blockchain communication built through a combination of Verkle tries and recursive zero-knowledge proofs. Our proof system is designed to allow DeFi apps to verify aggregated cross-chain contract states purely through cryptography, and without the use of messaging protocols, bridges or oracles. We are currently partnered with popular DeFi protocols, including well-known DEXs, options protocols & lending protocols.
About the role
We’re looking for a skilled creative, data-driven senior growth marketing professional to manage, cultivate, and maintain long-term relationships with the best DeFi protocols, dev communities, and DAOs. Your role will revolve around developing the awareness necessary to put Lagrange on the radar of prospective developers, integrators and thought leaders.
- You will be in charge of our presence in public channels such as conferences, podcasts, Twitter, Discord, Telegram, Medium. You will have a data-driven approach in determining channel performance and optimization with a holistic approach taking into account both platform-side performance metrics and post-click onsite metrics and variables.
- You will coordinate and partner with agencies, vendors and platform representatives on a daily basis to ensure proper campaign setup, execution, and optimization.
- You will work closely with the executive team to develop real-time performance marketing reports that inform reactive and proactive decision making.
- You will identify key areas for improvement in digital assets (website, landing page, automation flows, etc.) and develop key figures to optimize all these assets using all available tools such as google analytics, etc.
- You will proactively identify growth hacks and areas of opportunity to supercharge the growth of Lagrange’s visibility and awareness in the market.
About You
- Minimum 5-7 years experience in digital / performance marketing for client-side or agency.
- You have a track record of developing organic growth strategies, especially conferences, podcasts, social media.
- Have a strong network in web3, including connections with marketers at other protocols, podcasters, conference organizers and/or research groups.
- Possess a passion for highly technical products that leverage first principles innovations in applied cryptography and distributed systems to drive massive improvements in security and scalability.
- You possess excellent analytical skills to leverage data, metrics and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.
- A background with marketing highly technical and developer facing products preferred.
- Channel expertise (Google Analytics, Twitter, Telegram, Discord, Medium, etc.).
- Excellent written, verbal, and public speaking skills.
- Native-level proficiency in English.
- Technical background to fully understand our protocol at a deep level.
