Respomsibilties

  • Assist investment or M&A deal sourcing, due diligence, and execution
  • Conduct research, financial analysis and valuation in evaluating prospective transactions
  • Prepare investment memo, management presentations and other reports to senior management
  • Support the assessment, strategy development and planning associated with new capabilities, new business initiatives and other strategic efforts, partnering with BU leaders or other resources as necessary
  • Produce fundraising materials for potential investor meetings
  • Assist and follow up project in all aspect such as liaising and coordinating with internal / external parties and oversea subsidiaries, administrative support and follow-up procedure etc.
  • Coordinate and manage relationships with investors and intermediaries

Requirement

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, Economics or related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Min 1-2 year professional experience
  • Proficient in MS Office (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
  • Proficient in spoken and written English (Chinese or other Asian language would be a plus)
  • Good analytical skill
  • Proactive with good communication and interpersonal skills, a good team player
  • A good problem solver, be able to work independently, under pressure and long hours
  • Strong interests in latest technology (e.g. Blockchain, Cryptocurrencies, Artificial Intelligence)
