Investors choose their risk appetite and Mudrex diversifies their capital in multiple trading algorithms built by best traders in crypto. We have been growing at 40% MoM last 10 months now and looking for passionate people to help use take the net leap in our journey.

We keep experimenting with our working style and try to adapt what works best for the TEAM. Currently we follow daily stands up where everyone shares what they are planning to achieve on a day and what they have done on previous day. Every 2 weeks we have a team meeting to decide what are the things we should finish in those 2 weeks. Everyone decide their own deadlines. There are no fixed working hours, but we generally try to have couple of common working hours together in the office so that everyone can resolve their dependencies on others.
We live like a family. We eat together, we face challenges together and on completing milestones we celebrate together.
