Array Behavioral Care is seeking a Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) licensed in Maryland to provide high-quality teletherapy services in a fully remote setting, as a W2 employee with full support, stability, and benefits.

What You'll Do

• Provide virtual therapy and counseling to individuals across diverse backgrounds.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation.
• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care in a secure, remote setting.

What You'll Need

• Active license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) in Maryland.
• Independent practice eligibility (no provisional licenses).
• 1–3 years of post-licensure experience.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with virtual platforms.
• A private, confidential workspace.
