Senior Accounts Receivable & Collections Analyst - Automatiq

Role Overview

Automatiq is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts Receivable & Collections Analyst to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Collections Management: Proactively manage the collections process, contacting clients regarding outstanding invoices and resolving payment discrepancies.
• Account Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of customer accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve any billing issues.
• Reporting: Prepare and analyze aging reports to identify trends and provide insights to management.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline AR workflows and improve collection efficiency.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to resolve billing-related inquiries and support client relationships.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Accounts Receivable and Collections.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
