Bitwarden is the trusted identity security leader for millions of users worldwide, empowering enterprises, developers, and individuals to securely manage and share sensitive information anywhere. Bitwarden makes it easy for all users to extend robust security across their devices with password management, secrets management, and passwordless and passkey innovations. The company is headquartered in Santa Barbara, California.

Bitwarden is hiring a Product Designer for our Administration Experience & Reporting team. You will design the tools that IT administrators, security teams, and managed service providers use to set up and manage Bitwarden for their organizations. This includes the Admin Console, the Provider Portal, member and access management, security policies, and the reports that help admins understand risk across their organization.

Responsibilities

  • Design experiences for administrators of Teams and Enterprise organizations in the Admin Console, and for managed service providers (MSPs) in the Provider Portal.
  • Improve how admins set up their organization, invite and manage members, organize groups and collections, and control who can access what.
  • Design policy and configuration settings, including single sign-on (SSO), user provisioning, and directory sync, so admins can set them up correctly the first time.
  • Design reports and dashboards, including Access Intelligence, that help admins find weak, reused, or exposed credentials, prioritize risk, and prompt members to fix it.
  • Design event logs and activity views that support audits and investigations.
  • Make large amounts of data easy to scan, filter, and act on.
  • Create user flows, prototypes, and production-ready designs using the Bitwarden design system.
  • Use AI design tools to facilitate and scale research, ideation, rapid prototyping, and iteration.
  • Collaborate with product teams to explore emerging product concepts, including agentic workflows.
  • Help run interviews and usability tests with administrators, and review customer feedback to improve designs.
  • Present work in design critiques and to product and engineering partners.
