We empower our customers to deliver the right medicine to the right patient at the right time, every time. We are a high-growth healthcare information technology company with a startup vibe, serving over 3,000 customers who use our proven solutions.

Bluesight is seeking an experienced Implementation Specialist to lead client implementations of Procurement Solutions, which includes CostCheck, ShortageCheck, and 340BCheck.

  • 340BCheck unifies 340B data in one compliance command center built on real HRSA audit requirements.

As a member of the Implementation team, you will manage complex implementations, set customers up on sound methodology from day one, act as a trusted advisor to purchasing and pharmacy leadership, and help mentor other Implementation Specialists.

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers prior to go-live, owning all communications including weekly check-in meetings, ad hoc calls, and emails.
  • Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously across customers with differing priorities, purchasing structures, and deadlines.
  • Work as a consultative partner with customer purchasing and pharmacy teams, advising on best practices for pharmacy cost-savings optimization, 340B compliance, and GPO/contract alignment.
  • Train customer stakeholders on CostCheck savings methodology, 340BCheck compliance and audit workflows, and ShortageCheck medication tracking.
  • Act as a liaison between the customer, wholesalers/GPOs, and Bluesight's internal Clinical, Product, and Dev teams.
  • Maintain up-to-date project plans, tickets, and documentation to keep timelines visible to leadership.
  • Serve as a senior resource on the Implementation team, helping onboard and mentor other Implementation Specialists.
  • Travel to customer sites as needed to support rollouts, meet key stakeholders, and represent Bluesight.
