We’re Sandbox VR, and we’re the most advanced virtual reality experience in the world. Our mission is to bring people closer together through world-class immersive experiences.  With our Hollywood motion capture cameras, 3D body trackers, and haptic suits, we’re operating the next generation of cinemas – where our guests are the stars of their own movies.  Venturing into space?  You got it.  Channeling your inner pirate?  Absolutely.  Need to get some steps but hate the gym?  Our experiences definitely get our guests moving. 

Since we launched in Hong Kong in 2017, we’re now live in 34 locations and 7 countries around the world. What will you be doing

• You shall serve as  Brand Ambassador/Senior Brand Ambassador of the Company taking on the roles and duties assigned to this position. However, in order to meet the changing needs of the Company’s business, you may from time to time be required to undertake additional or alternative duties reasonably consistent with your position. 

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, your job duties include the following:

• Deliver excellence in customer service
• Energetic, outgoing, and pleasant
• Handle customer enquiries
• Able to build relationships with guests
• A multi-tasking team player within a fast-paced environment.

What we are looking for

• Minimum 4 years experience in retail and passion in Service Industry
• Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Willing to work on shifts and weekends
