What you'll do

• Build and ship with AI: Actively use coding agents for full-stack development, from exploring solutions and generating scaffolding to refactoring, test generation, and debugging.
• Talk to our users: Engage directly with developers, DevOps, and SRE teams. Understand their workflows, pain points, and feedback to validate ideas and iterate quickly. Customer calls and weekly support rotation are part of the job.
• Find the right problems to solve: Focus on real developer pain points like flaky tests, unclear failures, and noisy alerts. Favor pragmatic solutions that ship quickly and compound into long-term reliability improvements.
• Own your work end-to-end: Shape initial ideas, implement and roll out features, and monitor them in production. Participate in on-call and customer support rotations.

What you should have

• AI-driven shipping experience: Proven track record of taking work from zero to shipped using AI tools, making implementation decisions that hold up in production.
• Production software experience: Practical knowledge of operating software that people depend on, handling edge cases, incidents, regressions, and observability.
• Product mindset: Ability to hold a product conversation and reason about whether a proposed solution actually solves customer problems.
• Remote autonomy: Self-motivated and autonomous in a remote setup, while enjoying collaboration and helping teammates get unstuck.
• Location & Travel: Fully remote within the UTC-3 to UTC-3 time zones, with the ability to travel to European countries without visa restrictions for company meetups and conferences.
