How Will You Help Us Make an Impact?
Reporting to the Delivery Practice Manager, the Senior Implementation Consultant is a strategic functional lead who drives project outcomes from discovery through delivery on enterprise-scale Clariti implementations. You bring deep expertise in translating complex business requirements into scalable solution configurations, and you thrive in facilitating workshops, advising on requirements, and influencing customer decisions that drive measurable business value.
You will own the big-picture view of multi-departmental, multi-phase implementation programs, acting as the primary Clariti solution design authority for your customers while guiding both Clariti and System Integrator (SI) partner teams toward successful outcomes. You anticipate risks, steer conversations with confidence, and champion AI-driven approaches to accelerate time-to-value for customers and efficiency across the professional services practice.

- Requirements Ownership: Own the end-to-end view of project requirements across a multi-departmental landscape with multiple phases, proactively identifying requirements gaps, dependencies, and risks before they impact delivery timelines or business value.
- Business Assessments: Perform business assessments to identify and document complex client requirements, ensuring efficient and scalable solution configurations aligned to Clariti platform capabilities.
- Documentation: Document business and technical requirement specifications including forms, reports, interfaces, integrations, processes, and configuration changes using Clariti best practices and standardized artifacts.
- Platform Expertise: Leverage expert knowledge of the Clariti and Salesforce platforms to advise on the most efficient configuration approaches and guide team members in execution.

Scope & Risk Management

- Risk Mitigation: Raise risks and issues to the Engagement Manager in a timely manner with clear recommendations and mitigation plans, partnering to drive resolution and protect customer outcomes.
- Agile Ceremonies: Attend and play a lead role in scrum ceremonies, reviewing and approving user stories to ensure functional product-feature fit to documented business needs.
Stakeholder & Partner Management
- Client Representation: Serve as the functional lead and primary Clariti software expert for one or more enterprise clients, representing the company with authority and providing functional and product expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
- Consultative Communication: Communicate and negotiate with customers, System Integrator partners, and internal Clariti teams in a consultative manner to build trust, validate alignment to best practices, and ensure solutions remain within project scope.
Team Development & Knowledge Sharing
- Mentorship: Mentor and develop junior and intermediate Implementation Consultants by ensuring readiness for customer-facing functional observations/interviews, workshops, and project delivery activities.
- Knowledge Dissemination: Actively contribute to lessons-learned retrospectives and disseminate knowledge to the wider team through internal enablement sessions and documentation.
- Practice Maturity: Contribute strategically to Clariti's tools, processes, and delivery methodology to continuously elevate the customer experience and the maturity of the Implementation Consulting practice.
AI & Innovation
- AI Application: Actively explore and apply AI use cases within implementation project stages including: requirements documentation, user story generation, and test script development to drive efficiency and improve time-to-value for customers.
- Adoption Advocacy: Champion the practical adoption of AI tools across the team, coaching peers on effective use while maintaining domain-expert review standards.
