About the Position

As a Software Engineer on the Prospect UI Solutions team, you will play a pivotal role in proving how Constructor enhances website discovery experiences for prospective customers. You will work closely with internal Engineering, Product, and Sales stakeholders to seamlessly integrate prospect data and create optimized product discovery demos.

Key Responsibilities

• Fuel Proprietary AI Models: Write JavaScript code to collect data essential for training AI models.
• Leverage Modern Tooling: Utilize AI to accelerate problem-solving and software development capabilities.
• Seal Deals: Collaborate with Data Analysts and Account Executives to secure deals with prominent e-commerce brands.
• Tech Integration: Assist prospects in integrating their data and user interfaces with Constructor services (ETL and front-end integrations).
• Deliver Quality: Validate prospect data and ensure high quality in service results.
• Sales Enablement: Contribute to scaling demo infrastructure to enhance sales team capabilities.
• Address Inquiries: Provide technical support to Account Executives addressing prospect questions.
• Elevate the Team: Provide code reviews and constructive problem-solving support to teammates.
• Visualize Data: Develop dashboards and alerts using React, Redux, Node, ClickHouse, and OpenSearch.
• Innovate: Implement and test new features for open-source JavaScript UI libraries and REST clients.
• Team Culture: Actively foster team community and promote a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of professional or relevant academic software engineering experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (C1 level or higher).
• Ability to attend regular meetings between 14:00 and 18:00 UTC, with working hours starting between 09:00 and 12:00 UTC.
• Strong foundation in client-side and server-side programming languages.
• Experience building user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
• Proven track record of building user interfaces with strong consideration for user experience.
• Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Cypress, Jest, React Testing Library).
• Strong JavaScript skills (or proven background in software development with willingness to learn JavaScript quickly).
• Nice to Have: Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, Tailwind, Storybook, Python, and web scraping.
