Founded in late 2019, Hong Kong Digital Asset Exchange (HKD.com) aims to be a Hong Kong based professional digital asset exchange platform, designed for both individuals and institutions. We believe, the decentralized digital currency will reshape the global economic system and the perspective on assets distribution fundamentally.

Our mission is to make it easy to unlock the blockchain to tokenize and trade traditional and new classes of assets. We are dramatically lowering the barriers so providing security tokens to issuers will become effortless.

Job description:
Key Responsibilities for this role include

• Handle customer enquiries, advices and suggestions via email or online tools.
• Responsible for receptionist works and operation support;
• Handle customer complaints, any special cases or ad hoc tasks;
• Perform excellent customer services to clients with technical and troubleshooting issues;
• Carry out any other duties as assigned from time to time by the supervisors

To be considered for this role, you’ll ideally have:

• Good in English, Fluent in Cantonese and Chinese;
• Strong motivation and enthusiasm to drive the day-to-day processes;
• Detail-orientated, strong sense of responsibility;
• Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently;
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
