You’ll be joining a growing team that currently includes 50+ people. Most of our team is based in Berlin, Germany, but we also have awesome teammates in Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, UK, and other great countries. 

👨‍💻 About the Role

With over 45+ production ready projects that have integrated with the Safe{Core} SDK + API and Safe contracts, the  Ecosystem Developer will be the first point of contact and relationship manager for new and existing Builders on Safe{Core}. In this role, you will be in charge of developing and managing new initiatives that provide Builders with the product, business development, funding, and marketing support they need in order to scale up and grow the Safe ecosystem. You will use your Web3 expertise to build relationships with diverse teams and help our builders scale their projects; providing non technical support and connecting them to our development support process. 

This is a cross functional role which will collaborate with Product, Ecosystem, Marketing and DevEx teams, and will have a big impact on how we streamline and scale support for our ecosystem builders. This will be a great opportunity for anyone looking to grow personally and professionally with the team at Safe, and grow in tandem with our Builders.

Our Tech Stack: G Suite, Notion, GitHub, Dune/Nansen, Etherscan 

🗂 What you will be doing:

• Become the account manager for Safe{Core} integrations and maintain existing relationships
• Align and implement priority programs to support Safe{Core} builders 
• Create builder experience KPIs that work with Safe’s OKRs
• Support existing Builders transitioning to protocol compliant integrations 
• Build and automate processes to discover and scale builders
• Connect Builders to our support processes with product, DevEx, BD, marketing, grants, and investments 
• Automate the relationship management process and maintenance of ecosystem databases
• Understand Builder blockers and work with Safe to address and issues

🎒 What you will bring:

• Prior experience in BD or builder/customer success within web3
• Data analysis skills for builder data, usage and patterns
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills 
• An understanding of account abstraction and related ERCs and EIPs
• An understanding of Safe and its value proposition

• Ability to dive deep into technical topics like smart contracts, chain infrastructure and protocol updates
• Experience contributing to EVM projects and token communities
• Wide professional network and strong reputation among the Web3 ecosystem
• Open to travel and represent Safe at conferences and events
