Customer Architect - Elastic

About the Role

Elastic is seeking a Customer Architect to serve as a Trusted Technical Advisor. You will bridge the gap between customer business objectives and Elastic’s technical solutions, driving adoption, consumption, and expansion across Observability, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Search domains.

What You Will Be Doing

• Technical Strategy: Define and execute Technical Success Plans tailored to customer goals and critical metrics.
• Customer Journey: Guide customers from onboarding through adoption, ensuring they derive maximum value from Elastic solutions.
• Collaboration: Partner with Account Executives and Solutions Architects to identify expansion opportunities and drive ARR growth.
• Technical Guidance: Act as a hands-on authority, eliminating technical friction and aligning Elastic’s capabilities with unique customer requirements.
• Relationship Management: Foster long-term partnerships, proactively suggesting upgrades and enhancements.
• Travel: This role requires a high percentage of onsite work with customers.

What You Bring

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Languages: Fluency in German and English is required; French is a plus.
• Experience: Proven track record in a Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or Pre-sales Engineer role.
• Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with the Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) or equivalent technologies in Observability, Security, or Enterprise Search.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Project Management: Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
