Inside Account Executive UKI - English speaker

About the Role

Elastic is looking for a high-energy Inside Account Executive to drive net-new revenue and expansion within the UKI territory. You will own a defined territory, build your own pipeline, and close multi-stakeholder deals in a consumption-based model.

What You Will Be Doing

• Pipeline Development: Implement a proactive outbound cadence using email, calls, and social selling.
• Discovery & Qualification: Uncover pain points, business impact, and decision criteria using frameworks like MEDDPICC.
• Value Storytelling: Deliver tailored narratives and live demos that map Elastic’s Search, Observability, and Security capabilities to measurable business outcomes.
• Deal Strategy: Collaborate with customers to build formal close plans and maintain accurate CRM data.
• Negotiation: Lead high-stakes contract and pricing discussions, defending value and structuring multi-year consumption commitments.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps to accelerate deals.

What You Bring

• Experience: 3+ years of quota-carrying SaaS experience, specifically in consumption or usage-based models.
• Skills: Proficiency in MEDDPICC or similar qualification frameworks.
• Communication: Ability to tie product capabilities to real-world financial outcomes (ROI, revenue, risk mitigation).
• Mindset: Collaborative, coachable, and passionate about open-source communities.
• Language: Fluency in English.

Bonus Points

• Prior experience at an open-source or developer-centric infrastructure company.
• Familiarity with observability (logs, metrics, traces) or security analytics (SIEM/XDR) use cases.
