Mid Market Account Executive - Indonesia

About the Role

Elastic is seeking a dynamic Mid-Market Account Executive to drive growth and expansion within the Indonesian market. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers leverage our Search AI platform to solve complex data challenges in security, observability, and search.

What You Will Be Doing

• Drive Adoption: Fuel the adoption of Elastic’s AI-powered search, observability, and security solutions within new and existing Mid-Market accounts in Indonesia.
• Strategic Growth: Develop comprehensive business plans using community, customer, and partner ecosystems to drive territory growth.
• Complex Sales: Manage complex sales cycles, utilizing frameworks like MEDDPICC to qualify opportunities and ensure high-confidence deal progression.
• Technical Advocacy: Position Elastic by speaking fluently about cloud economics, usage-based pricing, and modern data architectures.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps to accelerate deals and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

What You Bring

• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in SaaS subscription sales within the Indonesian Mid-Market.
• Value-Based Selling: Ability to craft narratives that link technical capabilities to measurable business outcomes (e.g., revenue gain, risk mitigation).
• Technical Fluency: Comfortable discussing security, observability, vector/traditional search, and cloud cost optimization.
• Executive Presence: Adept at establishing credibility with both technical developers and executive leadership.
• Sales Discipline: Strong forecasting skills, experience with formal close plans, and a commitment to maintaining CRM accuracy.
• AI Mentality: Enthusiasm for leveraging new technologies to gain a performance advantage.
