The Role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a key role in driving our growth by engaging prospective customers, understanding their business challenges, and creating high-quality opportunities. You will work closely with Account Executives and Marketing in our collaborative Barcelona workspace.

• Partner for Success: Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing to identify target accounts and execute strategic campaigns.
• Create Meaningful Conversations: Engage inbound and outbound prospects via a multi-channel approach to qualify opportunities.
• Leverage Technology: Utilize tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Demandbase, and AI-powered platforms to personalize outreach.
• Become an Elastic Expert: Develop a deep understanding of the Elastic platform and our AI-powered solutions.
• Own Your Development: Embrace coaching and continuous feedback to build a successful long-term career.

What You Bring

• Fluency in French and English.
• A strong drive to succeed and a genuine desire to build a career in sales.
• A highly coachable mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills across phone, email, and digital channels.
• An AI-First mindset: using AI as a thought partner to work smarter.
• Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required.
