Senior Solutions Architect - Federal Civilian

About the Role

As a Senior Solutions Architect at Elastic, you will serve as a technical authority and trusted advisor to our sales team, customers, partners, and the community. You will tackle complex business challenges using the Elastic Stack and play a key role in the growth of our Federal Civilian sector.

What You Will Be Doing

• Technical Leadership: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for your assigned territory.
• Customer Engagement: Develop a deep understanding of customer goals and architect solutions that address their specific needs.
• Sales Enablement: Advise the sales team on positioning Elastic products and support partners throughout the sales cycle.
• Community Advocacy: Engage with the regional Elastic community through meetups, conferences, and events.
• Strategic Planning: Participate in all phases of territory planning, from initial discovery to the technical win.
• Feedback Loop: Act as the voice of the customer, communicating needs and product gaps to our engineering and leadership teams.

• Willingness to travel up to 30% within the region and occasionally internationally.
