
About the Role
Everbridge is seeking a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in business continuity, disaster recovery, and risk management solutions. The ideal candidate combines mission-driven discipline with the ability to build lasting client relationships and deliver complex continuity strategies to enterprise clients, especially within Fortune 1000 companies.
Candidate should be located in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, or Illinois.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement a sales strategy for your assigned territory that includes a mix of new business, growth, and cross-sell opportunities.
- Cultivate relationships with prospective clients and nurture existing ones.
- Develop and close sales from around $75,000 to $100,000 in annual value.
- Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing, engaging with various stakeholders to demonstrate platform value and ROI.
- Accurately manage and forecast your sales pipeline using Salesforce.com.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers and product-specific teams to create tailored solutions that ensure customer success and long-term partnerships.
- Build strategic alliances within the sales ecosystem, including Channel Partners and Service Providers.
- Partner with internal teams to effectively complete RFPs.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Travel up to 50% within the assigned territory.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and user groups.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in business continuity, SaaS, or enterprise resilience services.
- Solid understanding of business continuity frameworks (ISO 22301, NIST, FEMA standards, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to navigate long, complex sales cycles.
- Bachelorโs degree in Business, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
