About the Role

We are looking for a Fullstack AI Engineer who is passionate about building exceptional AI-driven web applications and experiences with an entrepreneurial mindset. We want somebody who has taken a product from 0 to 1, 1 to 10, and beyond.

If you are skilled in modern frontend frameworks (React or Next.js), comfortable working with LLM integrations, and experienced across the full backend stack (including cloud systems), G-P could be the perfect place for you. You'll be instrumental in designing and delivering high-quality, AI-powered applications that help solve complex global business challenges, all while taking ownership of product features and contributing to our product vision.

What You Will Do

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications and Generative AI workflows.
• Contribute to key architectural decisions to ensure responsive, intuitive user interfaces and adhere to user-centered design principles.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and AI/ML engineers to drive product vision and translate user needs into features.
• Manage cloud deployment processes, optimize model and application performance, and integrate LLM APIs and backend services.
• Develop and maintain backend services using Python, Node.js, or Go.
• Manage cloud infrastructure with AWS and maintain continuous integration and deployment pipelines (CI/CD).

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Expertise in fullstack web development using React, Next.js, or TypeScript.
• Proven experience integrating Generative AI, LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Bedrock), and vector databases into web applications.
• Strong understanding of web UI/UX best practices and a user-centered design approach.
• Competence in backend development using Python, Node.js, or Go, with experience creating RESTful APIs and scalable backend services.
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and prompt engineering patterns.
• Proven track record of building and deploying scalable, production-grade applications.
• Ability to manage CI/CD pipelines to cloud platforms (specifically AWS or similar).
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to balance speed and quality in a fast-moving environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with UX design, contributing to intuitive interfaces for AI products.
• Knowledge of natural language processing for legal or business applications.
• Experience in product management or an entrepreneurial background taking ownership of features from discovery to delivery.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary Range: $117,600 - $147,000 gross annual base salary plus variable bonus compensation.
