What is thirdweb?

thirdweb is a platform which makes it incredibly easy to build web3 applications.

We exist to accelerate web3 by equipping the next generation of creators and entrepreneurs with the tools to build web3 products, games and experiences.

We’re a fast-paced startup building at the forefront of blockchain technology. You’ll join a group of passionate, curious and high-performing individuals who are passionate about web3.

About the role

• You will be responsible for designing and producing assets which will be used to promote thirdweb across our digital marketing channels, including Twitter, YouTube, Email, Linkedin and more.
• Your designs will involve creating assets which announce collaborations, recreating portions of our product to demonstrate a new feature, re-designing data/graphs to illustrate the progress of our growth and more.
• You will work with our video team to produce animations which showcase our product in simple, elegant and eye-catching ways.
• You will take wireframes for web pages and applications (for marketing activations) and produce functional designs which will be used to build growth experiments designed to drive users to our tools.
• You will lead in exploring and pushing our brand forward, devising new ways to visually represent our platform and its values.
• You will help create a culture of fresh creativity within the business, contributing to brainstorms with ideas and perspectives.

About you

• You are a creative, experienced graphic designer with a strong understanding of branding, UX design and graphics.
• You thrive in a digital-first hybrid environment. This person will frequently visit our office in Brooklyn, New York.
• You have 2+ years of experience at a high pace startup.

• You are able to take wireframes for web pages or applications and produce functional page designs for our development team.
• You understand how to produce elegant, delightful user experiences.
• You work quickly and have an incredible eye for detail.
• You understand the importance of maintaining a standard of excellence in every piece of work you produce.
• You have a basic understanding of how various AI tools can supplement and accelerate your workflow.
• Experience with motion graphics/animation is preferred but not necessary.

What’s in it for you?

🏡 Work from home stipend:

$1500 USD active after your first 60 days at thirdweb to make sure you have a proper work from home set up.

☕ Co-working stipend:

If working from home isn’t your thing we offer $200 USD per month to work out of a co-working space.

🌴 Flexible PTO policy:

We offer 4 weeks PTO in addition to local civic holidays.
