We are looking for a Junior Developer Relations Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for working with developers, providing technical support, and building relationships to help grow our developer community.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the developer community to understand their needs and help resolve technical issues
- Create technical content such as documentation, tutorials, and sample code to support developers
- Represent the company at conferences, meetups, and other events to build relationships with developers
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback and suggestions to improve the developer experience
- Help identify opportunities to grow and engage the developer community
Qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Experience with at least one programming language such as Python, Go, or Solidity
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for working with developers and building relationships with the community
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with developer outreach or evangelism
- Experience with open source software and communities
- Experience creating technical content in either video or written format
