We want someone who belongs in that room. Not a brand account with a person behind it, but a trader's trader who happens to be very good at building community.

The Opportunity

• Live in the trenches: Discord, Telegram, X, TradingView, Reddit, and group chats. You're not just monitoring channels; you're a participant with standing.
• Be the fastest voice in the room: When a chain halts, a listing drops, or the market goes vertical, you're posting before screenshots circulate. Speed with accuracy, not vibes.
• Build the inner circle: Stand up an ambassador and power-user program for market makers, quant desks, and high-volume traders.
• Run the room in public: Host AMAs, live trading sessions, feature launches, competitions, and post-mortems.
• Close the loop with Product: Act as the first line of feedback to Product Managers with receipts, and communicate updates back to the community.
• Write engaging content: Create threads on microstructure, teardowns of new features, and unconventional release notes.
• Prove it worked: Track sentiment, share of voice, community-sourced signups, and user retention with concrete data.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience actively trading with actual positions and market knowledge (funding rates, maker/taker economics, slippage, and latency).
• 3+ years running community or social for a product with a technical, skeptical audience (crypto, fintech, gaming, or dev tools).
• Strong writing skills for both short-form and long-form technical content.
• Thick skin and strong instincts to de-escalate conflicts and handle high-pressure crypto communities.
• Experience building a community from a standing start.
• Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment without waiting for approval chains.
• Comfort with ambiguity in a rapidly shipping organization.
