From fluid animations to pixel-perfect layouts, we obsess over the details that make the web feel intuitive and engaging.

We need designer-builder hybrids who don’t just envision, but build. Whether with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or cutting-edge animations, you’ll be at the helm of your designs from concept to execution.

The Opportunity

• Lead the creation of essential web experiences and marketing pages designed to drive customer engagement and conversion.
• Create high-quality, delightful experiences alongside designers, researchers, product managers, content specialists, and engineers.
• Balance business objectives, customer needs, insights, and technical constraints to produce data-informed outcomes.
• Take concepts from research to exploration, prototypes, and production.
• Actively participate in design reviews, both seeking and giving meaningful, supportive feedback.
• Take full accountability for your work and exercise consideration of every detail.
• Contribute to the definition and expansion of new and existing design systems.
• Utilize data to drive brand strategy and product growth; analyze and interpret data to create compelling concepts and presentations for executives.

What You'll Bring

• A Strong Portfolio: Highlights your commitment to design quality, standards, and optimization.
• Technical Design Insight: Deep understanding of how design integrates with code. Familiarity with HTML & CSS is essential (React + JSON experience is a bonus). Awareness of technical feasibility and web performance optimization.
• Progressive Enhancement: Ability to design solid baselines layering enhancements on top, accounting for reduced motion, slow connections, failed loads, empty states, and missing JavaScript.
• UI/UX Expertise: Proficient in user-centered design aligned with marketing goals and consumer-facing website UX/UI principles.
• Information Architecture: Ability to structure and organize web content for intuitive navigation and positive user experiences.
• Adherence to Standards: Solid grasp of W3C standards, accessibility guidelines, usability, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Collaborative Mindset: Strong track record of successful cross-functional partnerships and egoless collaboration.
