Phygtl is looking for a passionate marketing manager excited about establishing marketing campaigns for a real web3 metaverse project.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and fortify marketing campaign calendar and strategy, complete with outlined objectives, market opportunities, and tactics, ensuring objectives are met and exceeded
  • Work closely with brands, artists and visionaries to build innovative experiences in the metaverse
  • Lead the strategy and drive the orchestration of marketing campaigns that build brand affinity and marketing KPIs
  • Lead social strategy and content execution, including influencer marketing
  • Support development of detailed action plans for events, offline activations and targeted conferences
  • Supports PR strategy and coordination
  • Manage a team of 2-3 associate marketers

Requirements

  • 5-7 years relevant experience
  • Team management experience
  • Highly strategic, creatively minded and results oriented marketer with experience in brand storytelling, content and digital marketing strategies
  • Ability to manage many priorities, demonstrate strong judgment and attention to detail, take ownership and be a team player
  • Flexible, detail and deadline-oriented, self-starter and able to take constructive feedback
  • Exceptional collaboration skills and ability to build strong partnerships with cross-functional and external partners that facilitate team success.
