Senior Product Engineer - Modash

Modash is on a mission to help every creator earn a living. We help brands discover, partner with, and pay creators across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube without drowning in spreadsheets and manual work. We're looking for a Senior Product Engineer to help us scale our product.

What you’ll do

• Turn customer pain into product decisions: Understand user friction and design the simplest useful solution.
• Own work from problem to production: Shape the approach, build, ship, measure, and iterate based on feedback.
• Work across the stack: Move between frontend, backend, infrastructure, data modeling, and debugging.
• Raise decision quality: Challenge weak assumptions and help the team maintain momentum.

What we look for

• Experience building and operating production systems that real users depend on.
• Strong backend depth (at least a couple of years of hands-on experience with production services, APIs, data models, async work, and integrations).
• Focus on product outcomes over technical elegance.
• Comfort with ambiguity and strong autonomy.
• Experience collaborating with product designers.

• Backend: Node.js, TypeScript
