• Maintain reliable systems by applying best practices for observability, quality, and incident response, and actively use AI tooling to detect, diagnose, and resolve issues faster.
• Support production releases, ensuring your team's systems are deployment-ready and stable post-release.

Additional Role Details

• Compensation: This contract position is paid a monthly rate in USD.
• Location Requirements: Must be located in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, or Mexico.
• Benefits: Please note that given the contract nature of the position, this role is not eligible to participate in company-sponsored benefits.
• Duration: The contract is estimated to last 12 months with the potential for extension (extension is not guaranteed).
