Ondo Finance's mission is to provide institutional-grade, blockchain-enabled investment products and services. We operate both a technology arm that develops decentralized finance technology and an asset management arm that creates and manages tokenized funds. We were the first company to tokenize exposure to US Treasuries and have since expanded into several other assets, while incubating protocols that support both tokenized real-world assets and traditional crypto.

Founded by alumni from Goldman Sachs's Digital Assets Team, Ondo is backed by premier investors including Founders Fund, Coinbase Ventures, Pantera Capital, and Tiger Global. We lead the space in AUM and operate as a fully remote team across the United States.

About the Role

We are looking for a Solutions Engineering professional to help grow Ondo Finance’s developer ecosystem in the United States. In this role, you will support developers, crypto exchanges, and wallet providers integrating with Ondo’s APIs for minting and redeeming tokenized assets.

You will act as a bridge connecting our engineering, product, and go-to-market teams with external developers, ensuring partner success while advocating for their needs internally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for developers, exchanges, and wallet partners integrating with Ondo products.
• Provide hands-on technical support for minting, redemption, and integration workflows for tokenized stocks and real-world assets (RWAs).
• Author developer-facing resources, including technical documentation, tutorials, code samples, and FAQ guides.
• Foster and expand Ondo’s developer community and ecosystem across the US.
• Gather technical feedback from partners and relay actionable insights to internal product and engineering teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, business development, and operations to deliver a smooth integration experience.
• Represent Ondo at regional hackathons, developer conferences, and community events as needed.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Developer Relations, Developer Support, or a related technical role (Web3 experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of crypto infrastructure, particularly self-custodial wallets, exchanges, and API integrations.
• Technical proficiency with the ability to read code, debug integration issues, and communicate effectively with engineers (software engineering background preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a distributed, multicultural team across multiple time zones.
• Familiarity with tokenized assets, RWAs, or DeFi protocols is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience collaborating directly with crypto exchanges or wallet providers on API integrations.
• Familiarity with blockchain protocols, smart contracts, or L1/L2 ecosystems.
• Hands-on EVM smart contract debugging experience.
