Responsibilities

– Lead the development and management of the products, from ideation to launch

– Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on customer needs and market trends

– Develop and execute product roadmaps, including timelines and milestones

– Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and improve existing products

– Analyze user feedback and usage data to inform product decisions and identify areas for improvement

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product launches

– Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal stakeholders and external customersStay up-to-date with the latest – Web3 and blockchain technologies and trends

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field

– 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in Web3 and blockchain technologies

– Strong understanding on blockchain and Web3 technologies, including Ethereum, Solidity, decentralized finance (DeFi)

– Experience with agile development methodologiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – in both English and Japanese is preferred

– Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
