The Role

We’re looking for a Principal Product Manager to work on exciting, high-growth products at the intersection of generative AI and healthcare. Using your product management expertise, combined with your drive and passion for making a difference, you’ll work with multiple talented teams across Qventus to discover, define, execute, and launch new products & features, as well as to improve and optimize our existing products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers, data scientists, designers, and clinical experts from discovery through launch
• Spend time with users and buyers, from frontline staff to C-suite executives, to find the problems worth solving
• Write clear requirements, stay involved through design and development, and manage the backlog
• Define success for each release, measure it, and keep improving the product after launch
• Mentor other PMs and help shape how we do product work at Qventus
• Build relationships with customers and outside experts that inform where the product goes next

What Success Looks Like

• The PCC team, our key customers, and leadership trust you and support your roadmap
• You've shipped improvements to PCC and can show their effect on customer outcomes

What We’re Looking For

• Mastery of navigating enterprise products/solutions through the full product lifecycle
• 8+ years of product management experience, much of it on enterprise B2B or SaaS products
• A record of shipping quickly, with results you can point to
• Experience setting direction across multiple teams without having direct authority over them
• Hands-on experience building products that depend on data, analytics, and machine learning, including generative AI or LLM-based features
• Strong writing and presentation skills, and confidence in front of customers and senior executives
• Comfort working on strategy one day and in the weeds the next
• A willingness to help wherever the team needs it, whether or not it's in your job description
