With a 90%+ renewal rate, we are looking for a passionate and reliable Renewal Specialist to help us maintain and grow this standard. This role is ideal for those early in their career, professionals transitioning from contracts/accounting, or those seeking a path into customer-facing roles.

What You Will Do

• Manage Renewals: Proactively work through the on-time completion of software subscription renewals.
• Customer Engagement: Monitor contract terms and engage with customers to determine the best approach for retention and expansion.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Accounting to close renewals and expansions.
• Data Analysis: Review usage data and subscription history to ensure mutual agreement on renewal options.
• Documentation: Coordinate the preparation of renewal quotes and ordering documents, ensuring execution per company policies.
• Customer Success: Ensure customers are delighted with Sonatype products and services.

What We Are Seeking

• Experience: Proven ability to work in a high-volume environment, managing multiple priorities.
• Communication: Ability to discuss contract compliance, pricing, and expansions with customers.
• Attention to Detail: Extreme precision in handling contract paperwork.
• Technical Skills: Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Flexibility: Ability to work odd or additional hours to support global customers during critical periods.
• Language: Advanced professional English proficiency (legal/professional level required).
