In the new and exciting world of the decentralized internet, otherwise known as Web3, it is an individual’s fundamental right to own and control their digital identity. To ensure that the individual is paramount in Web3, we are developing a suite of applications to enable everyone to safely engage, take part, and transact in the emerging, decentralized world of the internet. Our platform centers on Web3 Identity and leverages that identity to provide individuals with secure digital asset storage and recovery, access to decentralized finance, the ability to prove ownership of their creations, and gateways to digital interactions and experiences – all to empower and benefit every Web3 user.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As Sr. Product Manager, Wallet Services, you are responsible for identifying opportunities, collaborating across stakeholders to develop product plans, and utilizing company processes to release product enhancements to market for BCI wallet services. You also serve as an important interface with various departments within the Company. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Staying constantly informed on industry standards and developments in distributed and decentralized wallet/identity concepts and products.  
• Educating fellow team members as to core concepts and details of existing and new protocols, standards, and potential use cases.
• Understanding and leading analyses of the competitive environment, customers, and product metrics to determine the right set of features to drive engagement and usage.
• Defining and validating product KPIs as necessary in association with analytics team.  
• Preparing the persona product specifications and select user stories for the development team to execute your vision.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

You are motivated by the possibilities of the future Web3 world and desire to dive deeply into wallet and identity services. You are passionate about driving the product to the next level with a sound knowledge and understanding of business and technology. You can translate complex relationships and solutions into easily understandable representations and strategies. You have excellent communication and people skills. You can use high-level motivational skills to collaborate with virtual teams.

YOUR EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

You have 7+ years of experience as a product manager, with 3+ in a startup or small company environment. You have experience building Digital Wallet solutions. You have product management experience with blockchain-based or Web3 ID products. You are experienced in using a user-centric approach to developing product requirements.
