What You'll Be Working On

• Architect & Ship Core Product: Build software that feels durable, fast, and clean across multiple technical stacks.
• AI Agent Orchestration: Design proactive AI agent orchestration layers used by thousands of high-growth e-commerce brands.
• Human-Agent Collaboration: Prototype new interaction patterns for merchant-agent workflows.
• Engineering Craft: Raise the bar for code quality, participate in engineering hiring, and hold the line on excellence.
• Platform Dogfooding: Use our platform and merchant apps daily to maintain close touch with user experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering and product development experience.
• Demonstrated full-stack expertise across frontend, backend, and database layers.
• Active user of AI agents daily with a deep appreciation for software craftsmanship.
• Strong track record of shipping production-ready code (a active GitHub presence).

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary Range: $175,000 – $350,000
