What You'll Be Working On
- Architect and ship core product that feels durable, fast, and clean across multiple stacks
- Design proactive AI agent orchestration layers used by thousands of high-growth brands
- Prototype new interaction patterns for human-agent collaboration
- Raise the bar for engineering craft, assist with recruiting, and maintain high standards of quality
- Dogfood the platform and mobile apps daily
- Own projects end-to-end from prototype to production, collaborating directly with the CEO, design, and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of engineering and product development experience
- Demonstrated skills across frontend, backend, and database layers
- Active contribution history (a GitHub profile that is more green than black)
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $175,000 - $350,000
