What You'll Be Working On
- Core Engineering: Architect and ship core product features across multiple stacks to deliver impact that feels durable, fast, and clean.
- AI Innovation: Design proactive AI agent orchestration layers used by thousands of high-growth brands and prototype new interaction patterns for human-agent collaboration.
- Quality & Leadership: Raise the bar for engineering craft, assist with recruiting, and hold the line on overall software quality.
- Product Ownership: Work side-by-side with the CEO, design, and key stakeholders while dogfooding the platform and remaining close to merchants to iterate quickly.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of engineering and product development experience.
- Demonstrated full-stack skills across frontend, backend, and database layers.
- High craft standards and a strong GitHub presence showing active building.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary Range: $175,000 - $350,000 (we pay for exceptional talent)
