Freelance Software Tester With Smart TVs - Testlio

Testlio is looking for freelance software testers based in Germany with various Smart TVs to help test a streaming app during October and November.

What You Will Do

• Install the app build on your TV device following provided instructions.
• Execute test cases including navigation, playback, login/account behaviour, subtitles, audio, content discovery, localization, live events, and overall functional quality.
• Report bugs with clear reproduction steps, screenshots, and recordings.
• Provide feedback on issues found during each run.

Requirements

• Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
• Location: Physically located in Germany during October and November.
• Language: Comfortable navigating a streaming app in German (native/bilingual preferred).
• Availability: 30 minutes for Testlio account setup, with an anticipated 2 to 4 hours of testing per test run (some runs may be longer, up to 12 hours).
• Devices: Smart TVs working on Titan OS (Philips TV, Vestel TV, JVC TV). Only Titan OS is in scope.
• Experience: Software testing experience is a plus; free introductory courses are available for beginners.
