We’re looking for a passionate, self-motivated engineer to help us build the next generation of financial products. As a dedicated product hire, you will gain ownership over our existing suite of web products, as well as the ability to influence the creation, design, and execution of future products. You will be responsible for ensuring a consistent, high-quality user experience leading product development across all teams at Premia including Engineering, Product Design, Operations & Legal, as well as Marketing.

As a Product Development Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of Web3 solution implementation, from ideation to launch. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design, develop, test, and launch products that meet customer needs and deliver value to our fast-expanding Web3/DeFi user base. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, including the Ethereum blockchain, smart contracts, decentralized applications (dApps), and be able to identify opportunities to build innovative Web3 solutions that address real-world problems.
