Join YAZIO as a Data Analytics Team Lead and bridge the gap between hands-on analysis and team leadership. You'll be instrumental in shaping data products, optimizing monetization, and fostering a culture of data quality within our product and engineering teams.

This is a 100% remote role open to candidates based in Germany, Spain, Portugal, or the UK.

Your Mission:

• Lead a team of analysts embedded within product squads, measuring impact and guiding future development.
• Serve as the primary analyst for the Monetization team, handling feature tracking, experiment analysis, and reporting.
• Set the standard for analytical work, demonstrating best practices for problem-solving.
• Establish and enforce data quality standards across all stages of data processing.
• Drive responsibility for data quality upstream to the teams producing the data.
• Own the end-to-end process from raw event data to curated datasets in our self-service BI tool.
• Develop the data strategy for squad analytics, empowering PMs and engineering managers.

Your Profile:

• Proven experience as an analyst within a mobile product squad, with expertise in event tracking, funnel analysis, and experimentation.
• Demonstrated experience managing analysts while remaining hands-on with analytical work.
• Strong expertise in experimentation, including A/B testing, bandit algorithms, and quasi-experimental methods.
• Experience building and implementing data quality regimes.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience using dbt for data transformation.
• Ability to provide actionable insights and recommendations with analyses.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with subscription businesses and mobile gateway SDKs.
• Strong statistics background.
• Familiarity with orchestration tools like Dagster or Airflow.
• Experience with data cataloging tools like DataHub.
