Counterpart is an insurtech that combines AI-driven underwriting with risk-management tools to offer management and professional liability coverage, such as D&O, employment practices and fiduciary insurance, to small and mid-sized businesses through brokers. The team is fully distributed with no office: employees work from wherever they do their best work and meet in person a couple of times a year. Current openings are remote roles in engineering, risk engineering, claims, product operations and accounting across the US and Latin America.
