InStride Health delivers insurance-covered virtual care for children, teens and young adults with anxiety, OCD and related disorders. Each patient works with a dedicated team of a therapist, a psychiatrist and an exposure coach, supported by InStride's own care platform and AI tools. The company runs as a 100% remote, US-based team with an annual company-wide retreat. Current openings are fully remote roles in clinical care, data, product, IT and marketing.
