Ocra is an AI-powered revenue management and distribution system for hotel parking. It sells underused spaces to airport and event parkers through parking marketplaces while protecting guest parking. It works with 50+ operators and 25+ hotel groups at 600+ locations, and raised $5M in August 2025 led by Trestle Partners and MCR. The small, distributed team works remote-first with a work-from-anywhere policy.
