Quilter builds physics-driven AI that automates printed-circuit-board layout end to end, handling placement, routing and validation and returning native files for Altium, Cadence, Siemens and KiCad. Founded in 2019 by former SpaceX avionics engineer Sergiy Nesterenko, it raised a $25M Series B led by Index Ventures in October 2025. It describes itself as remote-first, hiring mainly across the US with regular team gatherings in Los Angeles.
