What you're looking for

Aleph is looking for an Engagement Manager, Private Equity to work hands-on with finance teams at PE-backed companies as they implement Aleph. You'll dive deep into their financial infrastructure, onboard them onto the platform, and serve as their primary point of contact for core FP&A workflows like reporting, budgeting, and headcount planning.

What you’ll be doing

• Onboard PE-backed customers and guide them through core FP&A workflows.
• Become the trusted point of contact for finance teams as they expand their Aleph implementation.
• Identify adoption gaps and drive usage across your customer portfolio.
• Surface customer feedback to product and engineering to help shape the roadmap.
• Help make onboarding repeatable and reliable as we scale.

About you

• 3+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, or private equity (PE-backed company or fund-side).
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets modeling skills.
• Ownership mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Clear communicator who builds trust quickly with finance stakeholders.
• Comfortable managing multiple customers and priorities in parallel.
• Comfortable working on a remote team.
• Early-stage startup experience is a plus.
