Job Description

Archy is seeking a hands-on, strategic product manager to own and evolve Archy Revenue, our AI-powered product that gets dental practices paid faster and more reliably for the care they provide. Today, dental offices spend hours every day submitting and tracking insurance claims, recording payments, and reconciling accounts. Built into our practice management system, Archy Revenue handles most of this automatically.

As the PM for Archy Revenue, you'll own the product vision and roadmap, working with engineering and design so practices can spend less time on paperwork and more time on patient care. You'll partner closely with sales, customer success, and marketing to make Archy Revenue a major reason dental practices choose, love, and stay with Archy.

Job Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Archy Revenue, from submitting insurance claims to recording payments and reconciling bank activity.
• Drive Archy Revenue's success as a paid add-on: grow adoption, partner with GTM leaders on upsell motion, positioning, pricing, and packaging.
• Lead cross-functionally with clarity, making decisive tradeoffs and aligning engineering, design, and GTM partners.
• Spend real time with users to understand revenue cycle management workflows and translate pain points into product requirements.
• Establish product analytics and success metrics to measure impact and identify friction points.
• Ensure the product meets the compliance and security bar required for handling patient data, including HIPAA requirements.
• Integrate AI into workflows, evaluating and incorporating new AI capabilities into the product.

Job Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years at a fast-growing startup and hands-on experience building B2B software for complex workflows.
• Experience building customer-facing AI/ML products, ideally including human-in-the-loop systems.
• Deep customer empathy with a track record of streamlining or eliminating complex user workflows.
• Proven ability to collaborate and influence cross-functionally across engineering, design, and GTM teams.
• Technical curiosity and analytical proficiency with a strong bias toward action.
