About the Role
As a People Operations Coordinator at Ashby, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all of our employees have the best possible experience. You will work closely with our People Operations team focusing on the day-to-day execution of various operations and tasks ranging from data entry to process creation. You'll be involved in onboarding, organizational updates, and supporting employees across international entities.
What You'll Do at Ashby
- Provide operational support and maintain accurate employee data and files across all systems in accordance with state and federal laws.
- Provide administrative support to Ashby's people processes, including new hire onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and support for international entities.
- Document people process changes as needed.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Build out people process workflows in Ashby to continuously improve business effectiveness.
- Support planning and coordination of Ashby culture events, both virtual and in-person.
Candidate Profile
- Investigate problems to determine root causes and define robust solutions.
- Detail-oriented, especially regarding data quality.
- Ability to work independently, managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to solving problems.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with compliance and discretion.
- Experience using HRIS tools like Gusto, Remote, or Deel.
Bonus Points
- Experience working in a Human Resources function.
- Qualifications in Human Resources.
- Experience in a SaaS company.
