The Job

As an Attorney at Atticus, you will represent clients in their pursuit of Social Security Disability benefits. You will join a collaborative team of attorneys and paralegals, managing a caseload of 25-50 clients. Beyond direct advocacy, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with our product and engineering teams to build tools that improve legal practice at scale.

Qualifications

Required

• Proven excellence in high-volume direct services legal practice or at a top law firm.
• Resourceful, team-oriented mindset suitable for a fast-paced startup environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to social impact and helping those in need.
• Degree from a top law school with strong academic performance.
• Active bar admission in any U.S. state.

Bonus / Nice-to-Have

• Prior work experience in client service or business environments before law school.
• Experience working in a startup or agile environment.
