About the Role

Our team is on the hunt for a Senior Project Delivery Manager ready to lead the charge in implementing our cutting-edge, cloud-based core platform. In this role, you’ll be a catalyst for transforming how our customers engage with technology. You’ll work in lockstep with our Implementation Analysts, driving innovation and achieving key milestones together. As you expertly balance multiple high-impact implementations, you’ll ensure seamless execution, all while partnering with diverse teams and external partners to create detailed project plans that keep us on the path to success.

This is a fully remote role, however candidates must be located in the US.

What You'll Do

• Lead End-to-End Implementations: Manage the implementation of BriteCore’s platform, ensuring alignment with accelerated 4-8 month project goals, timelines, and budget constraints.
• Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the key point of contact with our largest customers, forming trusting relationships, setting expectations, and preventing scope creep or changes during configuration and validation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Implementation Analysts, product owners, engineering, QA, and key business stakeholders to define and drive business requirements, project scope, and deliverables.
• Project Planning & Resource Allocation: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation across projects, tracking actual effort to accurately schedule future projects.
• Process Optimization: Optimize implementation processes to reduce costs and timelines while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Executive Reporting: Interface with and report progress to executives at BriteCore and the customer, providing regular updates and insights.
• Risk Management: Manage, communicate, and escalate potential risks and challenges transparently, outlining mitigation strategies.
• Travel: Up to 20% of domestic overnight travel is required for this role.

What You'll Bring

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• SaaS Experience: 8+ years of experience leading complex SaaS implementation projects.
• Core Systems: 3+ years of experience leading core systems transformations.
• P&C Domain Expertise: 3+ years of hands-on experience working in the Property & Casualty (P&C) space.
• Startup Experience: 2+ years of experience working at a scaling startup.
• Soft Skills: Proven track record of managing customer relationships, staying organized under pressure, and excellent verbal/written communication.
• Tooling: Experience working with industry-standard project management platforms and tooling.

Bonus Points

• 2+ years of hands-on experience coding in SQL.
• 1+ year of professional experience coding in Python.
