Working Student, Partner Operations - Cargo.one

What's the Opportunity?

You will solve real problems for our airline partners every day: understanding what they need, sorting it out, and making sure it is done right. You will join Partner Ops, the team that keeps our airline partners running smoothly on the platform. This is a hands-on operations role where you will spend your days untangling partner problems and getting faster and sharper at it over time, with plenty of support as you find your feet.

This role is fully remote anywhere in Portugal and offers flexible hours around your studies. You must be currently enrolled at a Portuguese university.

What You'll Be Doing

• Handle incoming partner requests: understand the problem, make the change, and see it through to a fix, with guidance as you learn.
• Get comfortable with our tools and the data behind them to diagnose issues when something looks off.
• Keep partners informed and looked after while their requests are being resolved.
• Over time, become the person the team trusts with complex cases and process improvements.

What You'll Need

• Current enrollment at a Portuguese university (bachelor students with time remaining in their degree from any field—business, management, economics, tourism, languages, communication, information systems, etc.).
• Structured thinking and the ability to walk others through your reasoning.
• Comfort picking up new software and confidence working with spreadsheets.
• Clear communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• High dependability, organization, and attention to detail.
• Curiosity and persistence in solving problems.

Bonus Points

• Prior part-time experience with responsibility in customer-facing roles, administration, tutoring, or running a club/event.
• Prior exposure to support tools, spreadsheets, or modern AI productivity tools.
