ClassDojo's goal is to give every child on Earth an education they love. We started by building a network that connects teachers, children, and families. ClassDojo's flagship app is the #1 communication app connecting K-8 teachers, children, and families globally, actively used in over 95% of US schools, reaching ~51 million children in ~180 countries with a team of ~200 people. We are now beginning to use this network to give kids the best learning experiences in the world.
What you'll do
As a School Partnerships Specialist, you'll be ClassDojo's on-the-ground champion in one of our priority markets: Atlanta (GA), Los Angeles (CA), Miami-Dade (FL), Louisville (KY) and New York City (NY). Your mission is to help schools build stronger family engagement and foster positive school culture — one school leader conversation, one teacher presentation, and one community at a time.
This is a field-based role for someone deeply motivated by the belief that every school deserves the tools and support to connect meaningfully with families. You'll spend your time visiting schools, sitting down with principals to understand their unique challenges, and serving as an advisor to school leaders and teachers.
