About You
You are excited to join a growing team focused on demonstrating ownership of our clients’ experience from onboarding through renewal and expansion. You will work closely with members of the Customer Success team, Sales team, and other internal Constructor teams to support and grow your book of business. You are an advocate for your customer and work with internal teams to provide feedback to Product, create advocacy opportunities for Marketing, and visibility into use cases and customer health for the organization. You demonstrate a high degree of accountability and ownership.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the strategic lead for the clients in your book of business.
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their business goals, needs, priorities, and how Constructor maps to these goals.
- Manage complex, enterprise renewal and upsell cycles from start to finish, effectively demonstrating product, business, and economic benefits to stakeholders from champions to the C-suite.
- Uncover and manage risk within your book of business in a timely and effective manner.
- Educate clients on potential new use cases, features, and integrations that create added value and uncover upsell opportunities.
- Regularly update internal systems and attend meetings to document and communicate customer status, needs, risk, and renewal/upsell next steps.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Account Management experience within a SaaS company (ecommerce focus strongly preferred).
- Proven success managing enterprise renewal and expansion cycles.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding retention and growth targets.
- Executive presence and ability to influence VP+ and C-level stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce KPIs (conversion rate, AOV, revenue, profit, merchandising metrics).
- Ability to analyze and present data related to ecommerce performance, A/B testing, and conversion optimization.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple complex accounts simultaneously.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
Nice to Have
- Experience in Search & Technologies, Digital Analytics, or Digital Performance Management platforms.
- Deep analytical fluency in ecommerce experimentation and performance data.
- Previous experience working with Constructor or Constructor customers.
